Welcome to the City of West Sacramento Housing Division

The Housing Division develops and implements affordable housing programs, policies, and projects in the City of West Sacramento. We provide gap financing for multi-family housing construction or rehabilitation and report on affordable housing production to state and regional agencies. We also administer the City's Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. With over 20 affordable rental projects in the city, those interested should contact each project directly for availability and requirements. Additionally, the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program (formerly known as Section 8), managed by the Yolo County Housing Authority, offers direct rental assistance.
